ABOUT DEVAL DAVE
Deval Dave Joshi the founder of Deval the Coach started her career as a 3rd generation teacher. Over a period of time her skills were recognised and she got promoted to different positions in various schools from co-teacher to headmistress.
As a teacher she developed interest in counselling and supporting her students. She used to motivate students and their parents and helped them to achieve better.
As her love and experience for counselling grew, she started studying about “Train The Trainer” program through NABET and ISTD.
She came out of the education industry and started counselling individuals in their path to a successful and happy life. Within 6 months of her service in this industry she was invited to various corporates and schools to counsell their employees and students. Her team building skills and leadership skills helped many people to lead a successful and motivated life .
This gave birth to “Deval The Coach”.
Deval the coach has been started as a coaching institute that provides training to the corporate, educational institutions, health sector, clubs, and social events. It has a team of prolific speakers and trainers providing inspirational speeches and training to the corporate, institutes, schools, clubs and social events.
As of today, she has been acting as an external faculty for “life skills” in various educational institutions. Apart from that, she is also acting as a consulting partner in various companies. She is also a columnist and is invited various times by Television News media, Radio channels, Corporate houses, Schools and Hospitals.
She is a life member of ISTD and JCI, where she has been recognized as a creative thinker many times.
